At 40+ years of age, I’m happy to say I know who I am and what I want to do with my life. Being part of the ministry staff at my church has allowed me to be in an environment that helped me develop into the person God created me to be. I am very happily married, have 3 grown children and 3 amazing grandchildren. Life couldn’t get much better!

Diane Karchner
I am 50+ years old, married 30+ years to the same great guy, have two grown kids, both of whom have found and married the love of their life (Terri beat me to the grandmom part - I’m waiting patiently!). I can honestly say at this point in my life that I know who I am, and am striving to get to who God wants me to be (a bit of a gap there!!).

CLEAR is a result of hours and hours of talking about a women’s program that could meet the needs of all kinds of women - no matter what their life’s circumstance, age or marital status. After several lame attempts at meeting that need, CLEAR was born. It is our hope that we can share ourselves, what we’ve learned from our failures and successes, and introduce you to other women, other ideas, and other perspectives that can help you with your travel down life’s road.
